The chosen Senior Accountant will report to our Accounting Manager and oversee / manage our financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting practices within an organization. In this position, you will also maintain financial transparency, facilitate informed decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance, contributing to the organization's financial stability and growth.

What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage general accounting activities, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Complete monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis.
- Improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and lead the year-end financial audit process, collaborating with auditors to internal resources to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Support tax compliance activities.
Requirements
What You Will Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an active CPAis a must.
- 4-5 years in a Senior Accountant or similar role in an Accounting amp; Finance team. Big 4 experience is preferred.
- Experience with the NetSuite accounting system is a big plus
- Experience in a multi-product SaaS organization is a big plus
- Excellent use of MS Word and Excel; must be proficient with spreadsheets
- Ability to work in a scaling and collaborative environment
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality and integrity is a must
- Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Benefits
Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
