Job Description

As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a key role in the Click-and-Mortar Care Platform service system by providing customer support and representing the company's values to patients, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record and keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and partners to resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up until resolution.
  • Use various computer software applications to verify customer information, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting potential improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of Catch Health Inc through communication and interaction with clients, partners, and patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or related field.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant patient privacy laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications and data entry.
