Job Description

We are Rebels. Inventors. Magic Makers.

Our world class consumer insights platform allows creators to create brands, ads, products and shopping experiences that people love.

We were founded in 2012 with the dream of creating end-to-end automated research. Fast forward 10 years and we have 1,000+ happy customers, 100,000+ ideas tested and we operate in 50+ research markets. Pretty impressive right?

So how do we do it?

Our platform provides access to actionable, quick and smart insights to amplify creative effectiveness and shape winning innovation, empowering creators with the agility and the data they need to make better decisions about the ads and innovation they take to market.

Through working with some of the biggest brands in the world, we’ve built technology that lets our customers see their product innovations and advertising ideas through their consumers’ eyes so they can quickly iterate, optimise, validate and learn increasing their chances of in-market success.

The Role:

We are looking for a Fulfilment Project Manager to join our Customer team (remote East Coast time zone). Alongside your team, you will work closely with internal departments and stakeholders as well as external clients to provide ad hoc support on the proprietary software, to address and solve fieldwork issues, and provide information to the development teams for software improvements. You will be part of a team focused on delivering our customers’ research projects and other internal initiatives that push the business to achieve our dream of automated end-to-end market research. Your primary focus will be with fieldwork fulfilment and optimising internal processes and tooling. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high performance environment, and be effective at personal time management, work prioritisation and multi-tasking.

  • Establish a close working relationship with Customer Success and Sales teams who will work with you on finding the right balance between what our customers want and what works best with our platform.
  • Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Operations, Customer Success, Product and Development teams) to represent technical blockers to client delivery and help drive adoption of platform features.
  • Scoping project details including feasibility checks and incidence rate checks
  • Designing custom audience solutions for our customer’s needs while adapting them to our operational guidelines.
  • Lead customer delivery and fieldwork in a timely and efficient manner meeting team’s service level agreements.
  • Streamline expectations of the Fulfilment team and act as the trusted owner of escalated issues when necessary
  • Be an expert on our platforms and comfortable with our partners' platforms.
  • Leverage technical solutions to create efficiencies in our processes and help design a delivery process with automation as a central tenet.
  • Integrated clearly into internal platform and tooling teams to partner to spot, size and work to prioritise and solve tooling problems that will prevent us from scaling.
  • Understand and contribute to the business's metrics.
  • Maintain documentation for all role’s activities including team processes, best practices, initiatives and FAQs

Who are you?

You’re a highly organised self-starter who rallies the troops and makes it happen. You are a strong problem solver and have the appropriate technical skills to help understand and resolve issues. This is an opportunity for strong candidates to gain experience in the life cycle of agile software development and customer communication environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to juggle multiple projects, provide responsive customer service, and will proactively identify potential technology and/or service problems - leading the initiatives in the company for permanent resolutions
