The DEI Programs Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Brooks’ short-term and long-term growth strategies as well as internal and external goals. As theDEIPrograms Analyst,and as a key member of theDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion(DEI)team,you willleadthe data collection, analysis, and reporting of Brooks’ workplace supporting our commitment to creating opportunity for historically underrepresented talent in hiring, retention, career development, and pay equity, identifying trends, disparities, and opportunities.You will work cross-functionally with Brooks’ marketing teams in the data collection and analysis of campaigns, consumers, and wear testing ensuring our brand is diverse, equitable, and inclusive of all who run. You will partner with various HR teams to collect, track and analyze data to report on impact of programs and progress against defined HR goals and metrics. You will analyze Brooks’ community programs measuring the impact of our programs that advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the running community. You will partner with Brooks’ external membership organizations to research and track industry benchmarks for both DEI and the running industry, ensuring Brooks processes are up to date in best practices in DEI analytics.In this role youwill have the opportunity to think big, test new ideas, and beakey contributor tobuilding a diverse, equitable, and inclusive brand.Your Responsibilities:
  • Research, analyze, and develop best practices for Brooks employee demographic data collection; summarize findings and provide recommendations for enhancing current processes and practices.
  • Lead the data collection and analysis of DEI programs that have a measurable impact oncandidate andemployee experience at Brooks including Internship program and employee resource groups.
  • Set metrics, collect and analyze programmatic data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements to meet our goals.Draw insights from data and create reporting for stakeholders/business managers/leaders to connect a story to the data.
  • Create program tracking methods to visualize, analyze, and assess data trends to provide insights and measure the effectiveness of DEI strategy.
  • Partner with the recruiting team on tracking and reporting methods to efficiently measure DEI progress to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team on research, tracking, and reporting methods for pay equity to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Partner with Brooks business managers and HRBP team to analyze and identify retention and promotion trends and opportunities.?
  • Collaborate withthe Peoples Program teamin the measurement of Brooks’ mentorship program and DEI training impact and goals.
  • Partner with various marketing teams including social media, integrated marketing, and creative on efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting on the brand, campaigns and consumers.
  • Partner with product wear testing and consumer insights in the analysis and reporting of Brooks’ representation with the consumer.?
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure the impact of community programs including corporate giving and youth running.
  • Support the DEI and Corporate Responsibility team in the evaluations and reporting to our external partner organizations.
  • Compile data and generate reports as needed. Contribute expertise and collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic planning. Help ensure data integrity.
  • Compile and present analyses to a broad audience, including DEI, Human Resources, Corporate Responsibility, Marketing, and executive leadership, to shape strategic and operational decisions.
