MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA and Denver, CO.

MOO’s customer teams operate globally as we have people in London, RI/MA and CO. You’ll be a part of a team that works together to deliver delight to our MOO customers!
Our Account Specialists are responsible for catering to MOO’s small to medium size customers. It is a group management position, meaning you’ll be working closely with your fellow Account amp; Artwork Specialists to manage this large group of customers.
As a member of this team, experience in customer service, time management, organization and understanding of artworking and print is highly recommended. You’re flexible, willing to try new techniques and solution oriented with strong communication skills!
The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver world-class service and be determined to hit targets. Being a confident communicator with a friendly attitude, you will ensure customers enjoy an outstanding experience at every interaction.Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Management and Design Services team with closing large order opportunities
  • Manage Service related queries associated with our Managed Service accounts
  • Hit or exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM tools
  • A full understanding of our customer segments and what we offer them
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services and merchandise products
  • Respond to incoming customer needs via multiple channels (phone, chat and/or email)
  • Communicate with MOO customers, sales and service departments to resolve customer issues
About You
  • The person we appoint to this role will have a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales and design support realm. To be considered for the role, you’ll need to show:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • ZenDesk and Salesforce experience
  • Language capabilities - French, Spanish, German
  • A good understanding of digital and CMYK printing and ability to color correct
