Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Joplin, MO is looking for a Private Duty Care Coordinator!
This position is responsible for staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by field staff members who are working in the homes of clients. This position offers the right candidate a challenging position with an opportunity for growth. Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, amp; think on their feet in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding position.
Job Duties:
- Staffing
- Interacting with client families and field staff
- Interviewing potential employees
- Hosting New Hire Orientation
- Matching caregivers to clients
- Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Highly Organized amp; Detail Oriented
- Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed
Experience Needed:
- Past experience in a medical field preferred
- Previous Care Coordination a plus!
