Due to company growth, ARServices has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Business Partner, providing support in our human resources endeavors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree and minimum five years of relevant experience
- Government contracting experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software
- Must be a team player with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
- Ability to multi-task and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
Satisfactory criminal background check required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word required
