Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and executing successful SEO strategies based on an analytical approach to driving new customers. Responsible for building and managing the SEO roadmap and partnering with the Content team on KW analysis and opportunities to drive traffic. Work with the Product team to define site architecture and improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Be the in-house SEO expert providing direction, strategy, and operational excellence that will grow organic traffic and leads.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, leads and revenue.
- Manage reporting and analytics on the performance of SEO and report on weekly OKRs.
- Work closely with our Content Marketing team to develop strategies and perform KW research and content gap analysis to find and implement opportunities for optimization.
- Provide on page recommendations for marketing sites, blogs, and other web properties.
- Expand on our GMB and Local SEO strategies and work with Franchise partners.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar preferred.
- At least 5-7 Years in SEO experience, including both technical and onsite improvements required.
- Experience building and managing an SEO roadmap.
- Knowledge of Brightedge software is preferred.
- Track record of delivering measurable growth using SEO marketing.
- Experience with managing Google My Business listings.
- Strong Analytical problem solver.
- Knowledge and experience on how a Franchise system works preferred.
