Overview

UNTUCKit is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and industrious Creative Producer to bring innovative ideas and visuals to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for photography, creating compelling content, and the photo and video shoot production process (campaign, still life, e-commerce). Candidates must have excellent communication, production, and organizational skills as well as an eye for aesthetics, and an ability to work efficiently, proactively, and autonomously within a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Senior Director, Brand Visuals and is a key member of our in-house creative team.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Work with teams to realize briefs into captivating creative across every marketing vehicle from catalog to print advertising and digital
• Own production details for seasonal shoots (e-commerce, editorial, still life, video), campaigns and in-house/external production. Including but not limited to suggesting and booking talent/crew/vendors, locations, certificates of insurance, invoices/billing, messengers, travel, organizing and creating shot lists, etc.
• Manage and lead seasonal shoot calendar, noting deadlines and cross functional use of all assets (incl. print/catalog, digital, retail, etc.) Liaise with both outside vendors and internal stakeholders on key dates; communicate information based on seasonal needs
• Casting: work closely with Sr. Director of Brand Visuals on casting. Hold regular castings and suggest new talent.
• Work closely with the Post-Production Manager on budget and timelines.
• Photo Shoots: Attend all pertinent run throughs and shoots; provide additional on-set support and direction; assist with sample coordination.
• Budget: Work with Senior Director, Brand Visuals and Finance to manage and track photo shoots and annual photo budget to meet business goals.

Requirements

Experience Skills amp; Knowledge:

• 5-8 years experience in a photo department, preferably in a product or fashion environment
• Impeccable communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and rise to creative challenges under tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Creative eye with keen sense of color and attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• MacOS experience required. Must have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs).
• Team player with a roll up your sleeves mentality
• Salary range: $95,000-$105,000.
