Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough examinations and tests to identify clients' mental health issues and provide individualized treatment strategies.

- Encourage smooth communication between case managers, psychiatrists, and other members of the treatment team to guarantee that clients receive complete and integrated care.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Comprehensive experience or specialized training in mental health therapy.
• A firm understanding of the various evidence-based treatments for mental health issues.
• Superior therapeutic and counseling abilities; excellent rapport-building and client-motivation capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills that promote productive collaboration with the medical staff.
