Staiman Recycling is a leading recycling company specializing in the processing of metal.We are looking for a Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations by transporting materials to and from our facility.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Transport and deliver materials to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with dispatch and other team members
- Adhere to all applicable traffic laws and regulations
- Keep your vehicle clean and in good working order
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 10 to 12 hour work days.
