We are looking for a savvy, VIP Relations Associate Manager who has a passion and background for all things celebrity, entertainment and is excited about sustainability and beauty! The role requires strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to multitask while handling various initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate has a minimum 3 Years of Experience working in a PR, Agent or Talent Manager role and shares our commitment to wellness in both our products and work life balance. Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop existing relationships with VIPs and VIP’s teams including publicists, personal assistants, agents and managers
- Establish new relationships with industry professionals, including talent directly, agencies, publicists, talent managers, personal assistants and other key stakeholders. Leverage these connections to identify and secure opportunities for the brand
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news, trends, and emerging opportunities in the VIP and Talent space
- Work cross functionally with internal PR teams to optimize mentions of brand by VIP
- Work with the OSEA Skincare to schedule in-house facial bookings
- Facilitate and manage VIP OSEA Skincare Studio appointments; collaborate with top VIPs and their teams for scheduling and and travel
- Manage hi-touch and event campaigns via Tribe Dynamics including setup, tagging and recaps for weekly and monthly share outs
- Monthly budget management and order placements via Shopify
- Work with Events Team on ideation and touchpoints for talent integrations
- Develop VIP-seeding strategy to support brand initiatives based on monthly campaigns and key product launches
- Brainstorm seasonal Skincare Studio activations around awards season and other entertainment moments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience working in an PR, Agent or Manager role
- LA BASED ONLY. This Hybrid role will require 2-3 days a week and some weekends at the OSEA Skincare Studio in Venice to meet with talent, VIPs, reps.
- Applicant should have excellent communication skills and actively listen
- Knowledge of entertainment and the VIP landscape is a must - beauty, skincare and wellness landscape is a plus
- Strong network of publicist, agent and manager relationships
- Strong understanding of social media platforms - especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter
- You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done well
- You are a creative thinker and quickly adapt to new situations with an eye for detail
- You have experience using Microsoft Suite and Google Docs Editors
- You are very organized and can manage multiple team projects
- Demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative environment and dynamically align to changing business needs
Base Salary Range:
$65,000-$90,000 per year (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience and skill level).
