We are looking for TUSHY's first full-time People Operations leader! You will be charged with recruiting new members to join TUSHY's team, up-leveling TUSHY's internal people management systems and processes, creating structure for TUSHY's staff development, and finding creative ways to uphold and evolve TUSHY’s already-strong culture. Working closely with TUSHY's leadership team, your efforts will enable the expansion of Team TUSHY and will lay the foundation for a truly unique employee experience.
1. Talent Acquisition amp; Engagement:
- Lead recruitment and retention efforts, including both hiring amp; improving long-term employee retention
- Enforce hiring timelines and adherence to standard operating procedures for hiring
- Work with leadership to manage people processes and advise on day-to-day people matters
- Act as point of contact for TUSHY team members with HR-related questions
- Build out TUSHY's HR structure by developing programs and processes that reinforce TUSHY's core values
- Facilitate interview training for hiring managers and executives
- Lead new hire onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless introduction to TUSHY
- Improve and manage semi-annual employee performance review process
- Own performance improvement plans, onboarding and off-boarding
- Own payroll amp; benefits administration amp; employee education
- Enhance people management systems and processes, developing resources and structures to meet ongoing needs
- Build TUSHY's people development structure, ensuring growth is a focus in every employee’s experience
2. Culture:
- Support and champion TUSHY's unique culture and values, act as driving force for TUSHY's company culture
- Create and manage best-in-class people programs that focus on recognition and employee appreciation
- Conduct company surveys and report data and suggestions based on feedback
- Setting, managing and delivery key KPIs (retention/attrition rates, employee satisfaction scores, etc.)
- Build relationships across the team as a trusted partner
- Grow TUSHY’s benefits-and-perks programs
- Collaborate extensively with the entire TUSHY team on special projects related to the employee experience
- Work with C-Team to manage overall structure of TUSHY’s growing team
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Recruiting / People Operations / Human Resources role
- Knowledge across the full range of HR functions: engagement, recruiting, talent development, compensation, benefits, rewards, recognition, and operations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience creating and executing people systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills: able to collaborate with employees at all levels, maintaining confidentiality when necessary
- Strong sense of empathy, excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities effectively
- Passion for providing an extraordinary experience for all employees
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000
