1. This position performs advanced, senior-level business analysis work. The business analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
2. This position will support the implementation of the agency CRM project.
3. This BA will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus is shifted towards the
4. management of the requirements specification and verifying the fulfillment of all requirements, including requirements for enhancements post-implementation.

Requirements

1. 8 years of Deriving requirements from interviews with customers and creating system requirements documents
2. 8 years of System analysis and design
3. 8 years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
4. 8 years of Business process re-engineering
5. 8 years of Development of user stories and use cases
6. 5 years of Previous experience with enterprise-level CRM tool
7. 5 years of Strong communication, organization and faciliation skills
8. 3 years of Experience with Azure DevOps or Modern Requirements
9. 2 years of Business process development

Benefits

Rate: $75- $85

Services are expected to start 09/01/2023 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2024. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2080 hours
