We’re seeking a fun and skilled Recruiter to join our team and help individuals find their next career at All In One Accounting. The recruiting manager’s role will play a pivotal part in finding part- and full-time team members to service our proven process accounting clients and oversee their journey to us.

More about the Recruiter role:

• Building relationships with potential team members and overseeing their journey to AIOA
• Constantly looking for new ways to find great talent
• Continuously looking for ways to improve the candidate journey
• Embrace and uphold the culture of our company; candidates will get a sense of what our company is like directly through you.
• Source and attract job candidates
• Vet applications within the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial video interviews/screen with candidates to assess fit for role and determine next steps
• Complete introductory calls to vet potential candidates
• Fully embrace the AIOA culture and uphold that in all conversations with candidates
• Coordinate interviews, skills testing, reference checks, and any additional steps to assist in hiring new team members
• Review candidate testing to determine next steps
• Ensure applicant tracking system is updated and data is accurate
• As the company amp; hiring process evolves, ensure related hiring materials, job board postings, and other messaging includes current and relevant information
• Track job board algorithms to ensure maximum return on investment for posted roles
• Execute recruiting campaigns, candidate marketing initiatives, and similar awareness activities to build the candidate pipeline
• Assist in new hire onboarding processes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working in HR or other office role with recruiting/interviewing responsibilities
• Preference is given to candidates with finance or accounting experience
• Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve independently
• Experience interacting with various levels of individuals
• Experience with SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams and ATS systems preferred
• Ability to be onsite at our Eagan office 2-3 days/week
