UWorld is looking for an AP Math Content Author to join our growing organization. This experienced candidate will collaborate with a team of educators to write content for our web-based materials in high school mathematics, ranging from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus as well as SAT and ACT. Job Responsibilities:
This position will report to the Mathematics Curriculum Manager. The Content Author will create materials for UWorld mathematics question banks and learning platforms and will participate in product development.
- Develop activities and lecture materials for use in an AP classroom
- Write a wide variety of multiple-choice and free-response questions with comprehensive explanations
- Develop simple and elegant images that visualize the written explanations
- Play a key role in development, planning, and execution of new projects
- Provide revisions and constructive feedback on content written by other authors
- Collaborate with management and work closely with other content experts to create questions and products as a team
- Assist other content team members during peak periods of new content production to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Manage time effectively while multi-tasking
Minimum Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
Minimum Experience Required:
- Experience in an AP Statistics or an AP Calculus classroom
- Experience writing curriculum preferred
- AP Reader, AP Table Leader, and AP Consultant experience highly preferred

- Brainstorm and collaborate in a team setting
- Proficient in MS Office/working knowledge of IT
