Position Overview:

ICAST is seeking to hire a customer centric Account Manager to handle inbound sales opportunities for Energy Efficiency (EE) retrofits generated by ICAST management in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial minded, possess solid sales acumen, and knowledge of energy efficiency. The Account Manager will work directly with assigned multifamily housing clients amp; ICAST Staff to offer solutions that achieve energy savings through the retrofit of their properties.

Requirements

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 Years’ experience in Account Management/B2B Sales/Inside Sales
  • Basic knowledge of Energy Efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience providing top tier customer service
  • Aptitude for providing impeccable written and verbal communications
  • Experience with or Knowledge of HVAC Equipment
  • Proficient with M365 (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM


Location: Hartford, CT amp; surrounding areas

Reports to: Director of Sales

Skill Level: Intermediate

Areas of Expertise: Account Management, Sales, Energy Efficiency, Affordable Housing, Multi-Family Housing

Compensation: $65K/yr + Commissions


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with ICAST Team to assist in the development of proposals for assigned customers
  • Moving sales opportunities through the ICAST process, culminating in contracts
  • Maintaining customer and project records in Salesforce CRM
  • Reporting on pipeline, conversion rate, weekly/monthly performance metrics
