Description:

As a Sr. Solution Consultant (Principal Consultant - Workfront), you will lead the client through the platform / product implementation process as part of a small team. The Principal Consultant provides the client with the functional and operational consultative guidance required to successfully implement and realize maximum value from the solution platform. The Principal Consultant brings the professional subject matter and platform knowledge, skills, and abilities to bear in order to challenge and inspire creative, yet practical solutions to operational challenges in professional firms of all sizes globally. The effort requires a naturally motivated, emotionally intelligent, independent professional with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

The ideal candidate is capable of capturing, translating, and designing conceptual processes and creating thoughtful, practical solutions to operational challenges. Experience in digital marketing and business development, systems design/development, and business process consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Non-technical owner of the scope, strategy and development of operational optimization as delivered and/or enabled in the workflow solution with key responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Identifying client operating model inefficiencies and developing recommendations for future state models, providing actionable roadmaps for achieve target state
  • Streamlining processes and/or design and implementing new processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs and improve overall business performance
  • Driving through solution designs innovation at scale at the intersections of people, process and technology
  • Partnering with the client to understand their current state, influence and articulate the future state in the domains of resource management, work management, time management, finance and technology
  • Collaborating with Solution Delivery Team to develop accelerators for scaled implementation
