Job Summary
Join the creative team at Black Love, Inc. as a Senior Graphic Designer, where your design prowess will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and impactful assets across various platforms. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, you will be responsible for producing a range of designs, from social media graphics and motion graphics to RFP response decks, online digital content, and collateral materials.
- Collaborate closely with our creative, content, and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling graphics that reflect the essence of Black lifestyle and culture.
- Swiftly produce high-quality designs for social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on creativity or detail.
- Create captivating motion graphics that engage and resonate with our audience across digital platforms.
- Craft visually impressive decks for RFP responses that communicate our brand identity and messaging effectively.
- Develop online digital content and collateral materials that align seamlessly with our brand voice and tone.
- Manage your time and resource allocation effectively, prioritizing tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Proactively communicate and raise your hand if you're feeling overwhelmed, ensuring that projects stay on track and quality remains uncompromised.

Requirements
- Mid-level senior graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful designs across various platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and motion graphics tools for creating visually appealing and dynamic content.
- Solid experience designing graphics for social media, motion graphics, RFP response decks, online digital content, and collateral materials.
- Exceptional time management skills, enabling effective project prioritization and timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to communicate openly about workload and potential challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
- A deep sense of ownership, taking responsibility for your designs from concept to execution.
- Effective collaboration skills, working seamlessly within a cross-functional team environment
