Job Description

ITSS is an IT Management company that provides a wide range of services including Managed IT Services, Network Infrastructure, VoIP Phone Service, Business Class Internet Service, Web Design and Web Development. We are currently searching for a Chief Operations Officer to help lead our team in providing quality technology solutions to our clients.

As the new COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company. You will work closely with our team of technical experts to ensure that our clients receive top-notch support and service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient and effective processes to streamline our operations, increase productivity, and improve overall client satisfaction. Additionally, you will work with our CEO and other executives to help drive the strategic direction of the company.

At ITSS, we take pride in our Managed IT Services which include antivirus, content filtering, remote support, website design, web hosting, search engine optimization, online marketing, social media, and website maintenance. As a result, our COO will be instrumental in helping us continue to grow and improve our services.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that we meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to streamline operations, increase productivity, and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Work with our team of technical experts to deliver top-notch support and service to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our CEO to drive the strategic direction of the company.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they are productive and efficient.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing processes that improve operations, increase productivity, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • A strong understanding of the IT industry and its developments.
  • Experience working with and managing remote teams.
