Our newsletters complement our existing product ecosystem of mobile apps, streaming TV guides on the web, and connected TV apps, and they have over 6.5M subscribers.
We are hiring a Sr. Account Executive who will build and execute on a robust digital ad sales strategy to monetize Likewise’s growing business. The successful candidate will have experience specifically selling digital ads in email newsletters and will have a robust network of agencies and/or brands to call on and start generating revenue in the near term. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $70K to $140K with significant commission potential over and above base. We acknowledge that this is a really wide range, and that is because we're open to hiring at multiple career levels. In addition, we anticipate negotiation higher/lower on base and commission depending on the individual. If you are hired at Likewise, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include including geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. Please bear in mind that the range listed is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of Likewise’s total compensation, which includes: PTO; paid holidays; medical, dental, vision, life, and ADamp;D insurance; employee assistance program; 401k; professional development; paid parental leave; and stock options. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for commission and/or other incentive compensation.
