- Answer phone calls and email inquiries from clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide information on the status of clients' cases and answer questions related to their cases.
- Arrange meetings with clients to finalize intake and settlement documentation.
- Provide proactive updates to clients on case developments.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the legal team to ensure exceptional client service.
- Manage the client database using our firm's software tools.
- Strive to maintain the highest level in client satisfaction through an excellent client experience.
- Handle office management duties, ensuring a clean and organized environment for the team.
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, ensuring their needs are addressed and they have a positive experience during their visit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication, business, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and to work overtime if needed.
