Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and email inquiries from clients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide information on the status of clients' cases and answer questions related to their cases.
  • Arrange meetings with clients to finalize intake and settlement documentation.
  • Provide proactive updates to clients on case developments.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the legal team to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Manage the client database using our firm's software tools.
  • Strive to maintain the highest level in client satisfaction through an excellent client experience.
  • Handle office management duties, ensuring a clean and organized environment for the team.
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, ensuring their needs are addressed and they have a positive experience during their visit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, business, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and to work overtime if needed.
