Job Description

About Current Health

Current Health is a leader in the movement to transition more healthcare into the home. We’re a technology company, but beyond our best in class hardware and software capabilities, we help healthcare organizations operationalize care at home and deliver excellent patient experiences through helping with the last mile of care logistics and services. We partner with leading healthcare organizations to advance home-based care in the US, the UK, and around the world.

More than doubling in size in the last year, we’re building a global team united in one purpose: helping people live healthier, longer lives by predicting disease and enabling earlier treatment. At Current Health, we seek to put patients first, solve problems with curiosity and creativity, pursue uncommon collaboration, and never stop growing. We’re a remote-first company, which means that everything from how we work, communicate, and socialize is shaped by tools and culture that prioritize collaboration and support independence.

Position Summary:

Current Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to join our implementation team. You will be responsible for leading new customers - innovative health systems in the US - through the onboarding and implementation process and setting them up for success.

This role requires an understanding of remote patient monitoring and how technology interacts with clinical workflows at large health systems. An understanding of virtual care at home is an added bonus. This role also requires a strong communicator who can build relationships and trust with customers quickly, while gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.

This role will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of large health system customers leading the implementation project and cross-functional team members.
  • Build and maintain high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and buy-in during implementation by over-communicating and collecting feedback.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, product, engineering and supply chain teammates to scale Current Health's solution and support operational consistency across the customer base.
  • Co-develop and rollout customer-facing materials, documentation, and implementation assets to optimize Current Health's onboarding process.
  • Contribute to other internal projects that enhance our customer experience and patient care.
  • Manage go-live escalations and mitigate risks by reporting challenges and working cross-functionally to develop proactive solutions.
  • Be a Current Health product expert. Understanding the product and services in detail so that you become a partner for your clients as they go live on Current.
  • Inform Current’s business strategy, product roadmap, and service delivery by sharing feedback internally and integrating the voice of the customer in everything we do.

Requirements

About You:

  • At least 2-3 years work experience in a clinical setting, plus 3-5 years working in a customer-facing project management role.
  • A clinical degree is highly desired, although relevant work experience without a clinical degree may be sufficient.
  • Experience working in a fast paced-environment, preferably with a medical device, health IT, or digital health company.
  • A track record of building relationships and influence among healthcare executives, clinicians, and administrative staff
  • Demonstrated, measurable success running software and programmatic implementations.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on multiple projects, roll up your sleeves and dive in in a lean, start-up environment.
  • Skilled at listening, asking questions and seeking to understand before prescribing solutions.
  • Excels at problem-solving and problem anticipation/prevention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage successful meetings (preparation, facilitation, and follow-up).
  • Availability to travel 40% of the time (post-COVID)

Benefits

  • 401k contribution up to a maximum of 3% on base salary
