Job Description:
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who will also serve as a Customer Service/Call Center representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email communication. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing customer information, processing work orders, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
2. Efficiently schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the team.
3. Accurately enter and update customer information in our system to keep records up to date.
4. Process work orders promptly, paying close attention to details to avoid errors.
5. Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
6. Be open to taking on other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
1. A High School diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
2. While prior experience in a customer service/call center or administrative role is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who exhibits the necessary qualities.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively interacting with clients and the team.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are crucial to managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
5. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
