Title: Enrollment Specialist
Hours: FULL TIME Must be available to work a schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. *Occasional Saturday’s for special events
SUMMARY: O2B Kids exists to help parents grow happy, successful kids. If you want to make a difference in the life of a childand have a blast doing itcome join us! We’re a growing company and we’re adding locations quickly. We are looking for a self-motivated seasoned early education sales professional to join our Fun Crew. This person will be responsible to help counsel interested parents learn more about our Preschool and School Age Programs and gain their commitment for enrolling their child(ren) at our schools. As well as cold calling potential business and community partners and maintain existing internal and external relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure that parents making buying decisions are armed with correct information.
Discuss with customers on telephone, email or via video conferencing and provide information on the O2B Kids services.
Manage CRM system for your assigned schools to include all conversations with customers with details of enrollment needs and action steps that were taken.
Call customers who had previously inquired or were previously enrolled with us to gage interest in our programs and gain their commitment for enrollment of their child(ren)
Communicate changes or adjustment in pricing to customers
Send enrollment documents amp; correspondences to customers.
Seasonally soliciting sales of program renewals
Assist clients in completing enrollment documents and contact them regarding errors, corrections, adjustments, etc.
Conduct in person or virtual tours and offer tuition information to prospective customers.
Receive drop in families at schools within assigned region and provide them with necessary assistance.
Manage and protect the reputation of the company.
Maintain strong relationships with O2B Kids internal Fun Crew, families, community partners.
Visit quarterly with top 10 community partners/attend community events in person to maintain relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent early education sales experience
Ability to multitask by accessing information from a computer using various systems while talking with prospective clients on the phone
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a diverse population of customers
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Working knowledge and experience using business software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and email
