TruRating is a hypergrowth software with a service (SWAS) company that improves businesses, benefits consumers, and donates to charities. Our starting point is using patented technology to collect feedback from 80%+ of customers at the point of payment and linking this to transaction and product data to provide unique mass, real-time insight to merchants.

Working with our retail partners we can also provide data amp; insights to 3rd parties including FMCGs via ground-breaking ‘intelligent questions’, which allow us to send questions in real time that relate to specific products or behaviours.

We partner with the biggest payment companies in the world, and our unique integrations mean we are delivering an unprecedented dataset. No other business in the world is combining online and offline sentiment and consumer behaviour data in huge volumes, at near to real time.

The role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate product marketing leader to define and lead the go-to-market for all our products across TruRating.

TruRating is on the march and rolling out new and enhanced products and services as we rapidly grow our customer base and the services we offer. You’ll be able to bring your expertise in the market research / consumer feedback space to position TruRating’s patented and patent-pending products to the retailers looking to unlock the voice of all of their customers. You’ll also take charge of training our internal stakeholders and external users on product benefits, competitive advantages, and new functionality as well as data and insights.

This role requires both a deep expertise on how to create compelling content that simplifies and explains technically complex products and data, as well as on managing the processes for communicating, onboarding, and transitioning customers across product changes and improvements. This cross-functional role works closely with numerous teams to make sure our product messages are clean, accurate, and informative across all customer touchpoints, including with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and data amp; insight.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product management and sales to clearly define our user personas, value propositions, product positioning, FAQs, and battle points
  • Translate the technical aspects of our product and data insights into friendly, simple amp; compelling language and informative presentations
  • Introduce products to market and lead product launch campaigns to drive awareness and adoption
  • Communicate effectively with customers and customer success to manage customer onboarding, training, adoption, and transitions to new products and services
  • Provide positioning materials and training for sales amp; customer-facing teams (internal and external product training, customer-facing slides and one-pagers, competitive battlecards, playbooks, etc.)
  • Work closely with sales to develop demo amp; speaking engagement scripts and slides
  • Work closely with marketing creative teams to ensure brand messaging and brand elements are maintained and enforced in product communications
  • Monitor competitors to update competitive intelligence and positioning
  • Support our community of channel partners, influencers, and analysts with appropriate enablement training materials and/or collateral
  • Gather feedback
