TruRating is a hypergrowth software with a service (SWAS) company that improves businesses, benefits consumers, and donates to charities. Our starting point is using patented technology to collect feedback from 80%+ of customers at the point of payment and linking this to transaction and product data to provide unique mass, real-time insight to merchants.

The role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate product marketing leader to define and lead the go-to-market for all our products across TruRating.
TruRating is on the march and rolling out new and enhanced products and services as we rapidly grow our customer base and the services we offer. You’ll be able to bring your expertise in the market research / consumer feedback space to position TruRating’s patented and patent-pending products to the retailers looking to unlock the voice of all of their customers. You’ll also take charge of training our internal stakeholders and external users on product benefits, competitive advantages, and new functionality as well as data and insights.
This role requires both a deep expertise on how to create compelling content that simplifies and explains technically complex products and data, as well as on managing the processes for communicating, onboarding, and transitioning customers across product changes and improvements. This cross-functional role works closely with numerous teams to make sure our product messages are clean, accurate, and informative across all customer touchpoints, including with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and data amp; insight.
