We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications amp; Events Specialist to join our People Operations team. This position will play a key role in scaling our internal and external marketing programs and organizing team-wide cultural events.

Requirements
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Experience in corporate communications (internal and external)
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, video editing experience, including ability to present concepts verbally
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Superior project management and time management skills
- A wide degree of creativity
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
- Self-organized with the ability to meet deadlines, communicate timelines, and inform stakeholders
- This is a fully remote role that will require occasional (3-4 times/year) on-site event attendance in the Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be based in the LA area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all internal and external communications for Mindera’s US Company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
- Partner with the third party branding agency to create marketing strategies for implementation in the US.
- Partner with external clients amp; internal colleagues to deliver consistent communications amp; messaging.
- Manage social media campaigns and blog posts
- Maintain a marketing budget and cost tracking
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that will expand our client base and position Mindera as a desired workplace
- Organize and host our monthly team workshops and quarterly all-hands events
- Organize and host our annual on-site team meetups
- Assist our Operations Team with travel bookings to support employee travel.
- Design and order company swag
- Manage client and employee gifts
