About the position:
We are hiring an Account Manager to support our Marketplace enterprise partners. This position will act as the partners’ representative within our firm to ensure their needs are met with focus on improving their experience and developing the overall relationship. The ideal candidate will have an account management and/or insurance background, along with strong communication, and a proactive and goal orientated mindset.
Assurance partners with dozens of agencies and insurance carriers to expand the available coverage options for our customers. When we get an insurance request from a consumer, we evaluate the internal and external opportunities, and in some cases send the consumer data to a partner.
The ideal candidate will come into the Seattle office Tuesday and Thursdays.Responsibilities
  • Manage Partner Relationships for various lines of insurance and assists with onboarding new partners.
  • Build Strong Client Relationship to maintain current business and acquire new customers.
  • Anticipates partner needs and identify the strategies to solve them.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner performance.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to create and execute growth strategies.
  • Communicating with the rest of the Assurance team to share: Success stories and pitfalls; business trends and performance; technical blockers.
  • Building and sharing performance reports and ad-hoc analyses to monitor trends and opportunities.
  • Conducts or assists with virtual and on-site meetings to communicate partner performance.
Who you are
  • 2+ years’ experience in account management or customer service preferably with lead generation and/or insurance
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage campaign reviews and feedback.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to meet project deadlines, multi-task, and manage multiple accounts at the same time.
  • Takes initiative, is resourceful, self-motivated, with a high sense of ownership over work.
  • Previous success working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment.
  • Gets energy when challenged to think outside of the box.
