Director of Product Management
Curvo works with clinical supply chain teams to power partnerships with clinicians by using data and collaborative technology to optimize spend, maximize quality, and make a dent in the cost of healthcare. We are a fast-growing company and looking for individuals who want to come along on our journey to build something great.
As the Director of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction, development, and execution of our AI-powered clinical spend management software solution. You will be responsible for managing a small product team (whom you will hire as the business grows and needs are present) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, customer success, executive leadership, and more!). You will also ensure the successful delivery of innovative and scalable solutions to optimize and improve our clinical spend management platform. This opportunity will allow you to help build a product team from the ground up and continue to refine Curvo’s product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Responsibilities
- You will be a core part of our executive leadership team and partner with key stakeholders in our engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- You will develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap ensuring aligning with the overall company goals and objectives.
- You will have complete ownership of the product management function from hiring your first product team member and beyond.
- You will drive product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product features and solutions that drive business growth.
- You will design and hire future product team at the pace needed to support the organization’s product and customer growth
- You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to healthcare and clinical supply chain management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- You will represent Curvo at various networking events and conference opportunities as a subject matter expert on our clinical spend management platform and strategic supply chain/sourcing trends
- You will be part of a small, team-focused-healthcare-technology scaleup and ready to adapt to evolving customer needs within our fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) Product Management at the B2B enterprise level
- 5+ years of relevant healthcare SaaS and/or Healthcare Supply Chain experience
- 3 years Product Leadership experience hiring, leading, and managing a product team and function with proven successful outcomes
- Strategic thinker who can develop a vision for future directions, while still being able to understand the technical details, challenge other stakeholders, and drive day to day execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and forge strong relationships throughout all levels of the business
- Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a growing technology scale-up
