Salary Range $85,000-$95,000
Rebuilding Together, a national housing and community revitalization nonprofit with more than 110 affiliates around the country, is seeking a results-orientated Director of New Business Development with a drive to secure new partnerships and strengthen and grow a national portfolio of corporate partnerships. This position can work remotely and reports directly to the Vice President of Development.
The Director of New Business Development will help secure, design, and manage new philanthropic partnerships and cause- based campaigns. This position must establish, cultivate, manage and maintain high-level relationships with corporate partners, key internal and external stakeholders, community supporters, and others required to bring the concepts to their full potential. This position requires skills in not only relationship management, but also strategic thinking and an extensive background in building new programs/partnerships.
This position must excel in managing projects and tasks, assist in enrolling the organization and its stakeholders into the concept, and maintain a sense of flexibility as programs/partners evolve. This position will work collaboratively with the Marketing amp; Communications, Network Advancement, Programs/Grant Implementation, and the rest of the Development team within Rebuilding Together to craft and deliver partnerships and opportunities that meet both the organizations and partner’s needs.
Candidates will have demonstrated experience with fundraising, cause-based marketing and account management, with a strong preference for experience with corporate social responsibility. The Director of New Business Development will have an annual fundraising goal in the $1,000,000 - $1,500,000 range.
