THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Manager, Product Marketing and Education to join our growing Research, Nutrition, and Innovation (RNI) team. Reporting directly to the Director, Product Marketing amp; Education, this is a key role within the company that focuses on developing, and executing product marketing initiatives for our hero product, AG1, and other product offerings. You will work at the intersection of RNI and Marketing teams to ensure that AG products are effectively positioned and promoted to our customers in a scientifically accurate and credible way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Execute and deliver on initiatives to achieve objectives and goals set forth by the Director, Product Marketing amp; Education.
  • Partner with Research teams and Customer Centric teams to develop new scientific and educational claims that are in line with a consumer need.
  • Focus on the day-to-day operational aspects of product marketing, including creating and executing marketing and educational material, developing marketing collateral, conducting market research, and analyzing customer and scientific insights.
  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve AG’s internal, cross-regional product science playbook and messaging resources in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Offer day to day product marketing review, ensuring consistent and accurate product positioning across marketing assets in collaboration with Brand and Growth creative partners.
  • Offer hands-on support to marketing campaigns and activities in partnership with the Brand, Growth, and Marketing teams as well as collaborate within those teams, including with Design, Content, and Digital Marketing teams, to ensure the accurate implementation of product information.
  • Work closely with other product managers, partnership teams, and other stakeholders to gather product information, understand customer needs, and develop effective product positioning and messaging to support the brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper product launches, product training, and partnership support.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends to inform future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and scientific advancements in the dietary supplement space to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 5+ years of direct experience in marketing dietary supplements, ideally with a background in nutrition or nutraceuticals with a brand that has DTC and Retail distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree, master’s preferred.
  • PMM Certification is a plus.
  • Has experience working with cross-functional teams on implementing product marketing strategies into omni-channel marketing plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Must be familiar with global dietary supplement regulations and claims substantiation.
  • Passionate about the health and wellness industry.
  • Background in product marketing or product development mandatory.
  • Proficient sciences including nutrition, naturopathic medicine, biology, biochemistry or any of the related integrative health fields.
