THE OPPORTUNITY:

Hint is a brand on FIRE! The #1 flavored water in the US is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Area Sales Manager to join our Retail sales team, focusing on retail sales accounts in Houston, TX.

The Sr. ASM will oversee and support all aspects of the sales cycle, including the management of existing sales accounts (HEB, Target), as well as the development and signing of new accounts. A proactive approach to all aspects of customer and distributor management is a must!

The area of coverage will include north and south Houston

This role will have two direct reports, so proven people management experience is required.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE:

• Act as a sales expert for the region and be a key contributor to the Hint water retail sales team.
• Maintain and grow important existing accounts by developing relationships with key stakeholders. Your goals are to sell in additional SKUs, additional facings, and new placements, and to create other opportunities to grow Hint volume.
• Monitor status by consistently using CRM tools such as Repsly
• Participate in weekly sales calls to highlight successes, discuss challenges and understand company-wide strategies
• Manage KPI's for your direct team
• Identify and acquire new accounts and facilitate growth initiatives at all national and regional retail outlets in the territory
• Foodservice and cross-functional activation upon need
• Provide recommendations for additional distribution/ regional chain requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of progressive sales experience (CPG preferred)
• Prior experience managing a team is preferred as this role could have swift growth potential
• Prior experience with retail accounts preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with quotas and goals
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written amp; verbal)
• A clean driving record is a must because this position will drive a company vehicle

Benefits

• The Base Salary range is $60,000 - $72,000. Actual salary offer may vary based on location and work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
