People Business Partner (Human Resources - Store Operations)

Job Description
Salad and Go is seeking a People Business Partner who will work in collaboration with our field operations teams aligning People initiatives with business objectives at SAG providing strategic guidance on people-related matters.
As the People Business Partner, you will be accountable for key HR workstreams including, but not limited to, workforce planning, performance development, recognition, policy compliance and investigations, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning People strategies with overall business goals. Provide strategic insights on people-related matters and anticipate People needs.
- Promote internal mobility by working with people leaders across the organization in support of succession planning and team member career development.
- Ensure safety is a top priority for all people leaders working across the organization to remain in compliance with employment, benefits, insurance and safety regulations and requirements.
- Drive performance management processes, setting expectations and providing coaching to leadership.
- Use data to identify trends , address performance gaps, and support managers to create development plans.
- Manage organizational change initiatives, help leaders navigate transitions effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a People Business Partner,
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience providing support for a distributed workforce, restaurant/store field operations required.
- Proficient with HR software, analytics tools, Excel and PPPT; Workday Preferred
- Skilled in change management
- Strong in data analytics and workforce planning
