We are seeking a Designer to join our diverse Tribe of creatives, brand strategists, technologists, problem-solvers, colorists, listeners, coaches, farmers, and musicians.
While this is a hybrid/remote role, you must live within driving distance of the Atlanta office for occasional meetings and team functions as needed.
As a Visual Designer at Digital Yalo, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across various media to bring our client's brand to life. You will work collaboratively with our team and clients, bringing your creative and design skills to create and execute innovative solutions.
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various media, including print, digital, social, and video
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative design concepts that meet the client's business objectives
- Work with the various team members to understand and analyze client needs and deliver designs that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients to ensure consistency across all media
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, and bring new ideas to the team
- Present ideas and designs to clients and the team, and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs on time and on budget
Requirements
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in visual design, in a marketing or advertising agency envrionment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing skills in various media
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
