- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP
- Support the Controller in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and analysis for business decisions
- Maintain capital expenditure and fixed asset records
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and KPIs for management
- Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate and timely records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory
- Work with external auditors to ensure that the necessary procedures are performed and all financial statements and reporting are accurate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA or Master's degree a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English languages, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, experience with SAP a plus.
