Position Overview

Acentra Health is seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for our new hires, setting the tone for a positive and engaging onboarding process and making their journey into our organization truly enriching. You will develop an in-depth understanding of HR regulations to ensure that our onboarding procedures are in full alignment with HR Compliance Guidelines and Standards. Your attention to detail will contribute to a seamless and compliant onboarding process. You will showcase your finesse in task follow-up, maintaining a consistent course to meet deadlines and guide new team members through the onboarding and pre-hire documentation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey. You will embrace the dynamic nature of business needs with grace, upholding professionalism and adaptability which is key in driving our organization forward. Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Plan, facilitate, and drive virtual Orientations via MS Teams and online lunch w/CEO with new hires
  • Send New Hire forms and ensure all necessary/required documents are routed to the corresponding departments and processed in a timely manner
  • Follow up and touch base to close the loop on tasks and maintain the course to deadlines
  • Work directly with new hires to complete onboarding and pre-hire documents
  • Order and ensure all new hires receive Welcome Kits and badging as needed
  • Demonstrate openness to and acceptance of, fluctuating business needs by maintaining a pleasant professional demeanor and flexibility
  • Maintain accurate information in ATS and work with the recruitment team to maintain best practices
  • Learn and maintain HR regulations and adhere to compliance.
  • Participate in special projects, internal audits, and metric reporting as needed.

Basic Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have

  • Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment or human resources operations experience as related to the job.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, candidate process management, onboarding, and new hire orientation and general recruitment life cycle.
  • Technical aptitude in the use of business software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience working with MS Office, including proficiency in MS Excel, is required.
  • Proven track record of ability to adapt to changing business priorities and collaborate with multiple team members.<
