We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has led sales teams, trained new salespeople, developed culture and managed their team to achieve and exceed KPIs.

Ideal Candidate
- Experienced leader and manager of salespeople (4+ years).
- Prior success as a salesperson.
- Ability to manage a process and systems.
- Hungry to mentor our existing team and help make it larger.
- Natural ability to build rapport and relationships.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coaching the attitude, discipline and consistency of the sales team
- Ensure company sales process being followed.
- Train new hires on our systems, procedures and sales fundamentals.
- Develop and manage high level customer relationships that generate deal flow, new investors and capture market intelligence.
- Driven to advance within the company through training and mentorship.

Requirements
- IN OFFICE POSITION - near Downtown Houston
- Experienced leader and manager of salespeople (4+ years).
- Prior success as a salesperson.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Real estate experience is NOT necessary.
Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000 base with bonus up to $180,000 total compensation.
