If so, FulTech Solutions is seeking a full time crew member with experience in some of the following areas; alarm systems, home prewire, networking, connection of Audio/video equipment, smart home systems (Crestron/Control4 and others), surveillance systems and more. Construction background is helpful, as much of our work is during home construction and requires knowledge of how homes are built. This position requires reliable transportation to and from work. Work vehicles provided during work day. Full-time position (8a-5pm generally). Position to start immediately.
Hourly rates from $17-22+/hr (to start) commensurate with experience and qualifications. Certifications from manufacturers training (Crestron, Control4, etc) , CTS or others are added to your experience. Apprenticeships also offered.
Requirements
3-5 years experience installing alarms and surveillance systems OR same in installing high-end, custom smart homes systems such as Crestron, Control4 or similar custom systems, or both. Programming experience not required.
2-3 yrs general Construction knowledge and experience (know where and when to and not to drill, cut, etc). Experience Running wires, conduit, etc in new and existing homes.
Valid Drivers License in Fla (No DUIs)
Reliable transportation to and from work (Company vehicles provided during working hours)
CTS, Crestron certifications and other certifications are requested.
Soft skills - ability to fill out daily reports, communicate and discuss effectively the wants and needs of customers to customers in the field and report back to office, collect signatures on various forms from clients, collect payments (via app) from clients (when necc), attend meetings to review projects and discuss project needs, etc.
