POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Supply Chain Manager position will report into the Senior Director of Supply Chain and will continue to help fuel the growth of our consumer-packaged goods (CPG) business units and Dark Kitchen / Restaurant Business. This role will manage all aspects of the supply chain including but not limited to supply/demand planning, transportation, manufacturing, and distribution. This role will be responsible for leading supply chain related projects, forming KPI’s and developing CPG/retail forecasting best practices.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing CPG/retail forecasting. This includes incorporating retailer and distributor forecasts into supply planning tools to effectively plan production and manage working capital.
• Manage all distributor and retailer dashboards/portals including managing out of stocks and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the supply chain planner on supply and demand planning process for CPG and foodservice business as well as sharing forecast with co-packing partners.
• Lead margin improvement projects to reduce cost across CPG and foodservice business.
• Establish and report on performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Wow Bao’s internal team to coordinate operational changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
• Assist with CPG Trade Show operations including logistics and equipment
• Lead co-packer management, including but not limited to setting KPI’s, weekly progress calls and performance monitoring.
• Continuously monitor current suppliers and take on the lead to qualify new potential suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Create processes and policies to increase efficiency throughout supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
• Analyzes current procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
• Manage and oversee master data and item management for foodservice and CPG business Including assigning new GTINs, GDSN/Data pool management.
• Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on feasibility, availability, and cost.
• Always safeguard food and controls food costs.
• Be available to assist and work offsite events as needed.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun and entrepreneurial environment that is 100% onsite.
