Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
These three contractor roles are for Senior Java Developers, and they will work on the PCS SCOR EI. These roles will be responsible for making updates to the SCOR Java. Updates include changes to business logic, updates to the user interface and business logic as well as extending reporting capabilities and the system data model. Supports application enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode. Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required. Maintaining code coverage, testing, and security policies and procedures is required. Available for on-call support as needed. Other duties as assigned and required by the unit operations.
Requirements
Required:
8 years of Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java programming language
8 years of Experience in applications development on the J2EE platform
8 years of Experience in writing SQL for relational databases
8 years of Experience in RESTful web services on the Spring platform
8 years of Experience with JUnit and Unit Test development
Preferred:
4 years of Experience with Angular UI Framework
4 years of Experience working on Spring Aspect Oriented Programming like transaction management and security.
4 years of Experience with PowerBI
Benefits
Rate: $76- $86 DOE
Services are expected to start 11/01/2023 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2024. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1550 hours.
