Job Description

CellarTracker, where wine enthusiasts converge and converse, is in pursuit of a Senior Product Marketing Manager to weave our product innovations into the fabric of our vast global community. With a digital footprint that includes over 850k registered users, 10 million reviews, and 4 million unique wines on our website and mobile app, our team has grown from 5 to a dynamic ensemble of 20 over the last 2 years. As we embark on our next chapter, we're eager for you to contribute to our evolving narrative.

You will own crafting and articulating the story of our product. You'll be the expert who knows how to best position our offerings in the market, ensuring our community understands the features and benefits. Your role will bridge the worlds of product development and marketing, crafting messages that resonate with our users, and helping them understand the value of what CellarTracker offers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a product marketing strategy roadmap.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with teams across product, design, data science, and marketing to launch new products or features.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of our product launches, iterating for continuous improvement.
  • Drive the strategy for product content like videos, blogs, and other digital resources, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and audience's needs.
  • Gather market insights to inform product development and positioning.
  • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape, ensuring CellarTracker remains a step ahead.
  • Focus on growth metrics related to product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing digital environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products.
  • Adeptness in creating compelling narratives around technical products.
  • A passion for wine, or an eagerness to dive deep into the wine world, understanding its diverse facets from the bottle to the broader culture.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and use data analytics tools to drive strategy.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL/Mixpanel/Google Analytics is a substantial plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
