Expected Project Duration: 24 months

Expected Billable Hours/Week: 40

Requirements

1. 44 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment.
2. 44 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment.
3. 44 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application
4. 44 months of working on a large scale (15k+ users) roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to production rollout and ending with ongoing support.
5. Bachelor’s Degree
