Job Description

GolfSuites is seeking a HANDS-ON Facilities Lead. The Facilities Lead is responsible for maintaining a large entertainment facility that runs like a well-oiled machine! This leader will also partner with GolfSuites Regional Facility Manager helping mentor, coach, develop and manage a top-notch maintenance team! GolfSuites Mission is to provide a FUN, Inclusive and Engaging golf-themed entertainment facility centered on FUN, Hospitality and Game improvement. With a promise to Deliver FUN with passion!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the venue in the safe, daily and safe operations of the Maintenance Department.

• Oversee the repair or replacement of equipment and systems, game, all facilities maintenance as required. To ensure maximum productivity and efficiencies associated with maintenance while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.

• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering request through Regional Facilities Management as necessary

• Oversees the maintenance of the entire GolfSuites facility and maintenance shop equipment

• Ensures that maintenance Team Partners are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that maintenance programs/activities or projects are accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner

• Communicates regularly with the Regional Facilities Manager and all maintenance Team Partners, both individually and as a team, to ensure excellent two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

• Monitors operation and use of all equipment and systems • Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs

• Maintains safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians

• Coordinates with Regional Facilities Manager to ensure city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are always met

• Coordinates activities and projects with Operations amp; Tech Departments. Communicates directly with the Operations amp; Tech Departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work associated with the Maintenance Department

Requirements

Key Qualifications

• 2 years Maintenance experience with at least one year of recent supervisor/leadership experience.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Clean driving record and be able to pass drug screen

• Must have a high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time

• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

• Perform a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to doors, windows, roofs and other building parts

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment. Coordinates emergency repairs when needed.
