We are looking for a responsible Payroll Coordinator to process payroll transactions in our company. Duties of this position include providing support to our home team and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Payroll coordinator responsibilities include processing timesheets, updating payroll records and answering employee questions about payments. Ultimately, you’ll ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time.

Job Summary
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will work side-by-side supporting the company's Vice President of Operations with necessary behind-the-scene duties, overseeing, planning and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, collect and verify employee data, compute wages, and ensure employees receive correct payment. In addition, provide general administrative support, handling office tasks, maintaining records preparing important corporate documents, schedule appointments, taking calls, respond to emails and receive faxes.
The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Operations team to ensure the efficient and accurate financial record-keeping. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 40 hours a week. You will work with and interface directly with vendors, staff and home team staff on a daily basis.
