ABOUT

Myndshft was founded in 2015, and works with leading providers, payers, and healthcare technology companies. Our software-as-a-service automates and simplifies time-consuming healthcare administrative tasks associated with prior authorization, benefits verification, and patient financial responsibility, freeing providers and payers to concentrate more fully on patient care.

The VP of Operations and Customer Success will collaborate closely with the technology, product, marketing, sales, and admin teams to ensure the best possible experiences for our customers. The ideal person is a seasoned operations and customer success leader with experience overseeing day-to-day activities of multiple teams which include operations, technical support, onboarding and implementation, and user adoption.

We are headquartered in Mesa, Arizona but we're open to remote candidates. Come join our world class organization and fantastic leadership team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Myndshft onboarding and implementation team that works with customers and channel partners, ensuring they have a world-class experience while achieving immediate business results.
  • Lead our internal customer success team and engage with external client leaders to drive product adoption and achieve our shared business goals.
  • Guide operational leaders in operations and customer technology support.
  • Work closely with the internal team and clients to ensure all product and technology issues are resolved.
  • Recruit and build a world-class operations and customer success team.
  • Enhance effectiveness and efficiency through process excellence and select technology solutions.

Requirements


  • 5 to 7 years of experience leading operations and/or customer success, preferably in a SaaS healthcare technology company
  • Build positive relationships across the Myndshft organization by careful listening to internal and external partners and work hard to deliver for the team.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Have a passion for customers satisfaction
  • Can function well in a rapidly evolving start-up environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and has the ability to quickly read the situation and adapt approach and tactics to ensure success.
  • Superior leadership and diplomacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience creating and refining processes in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team environment.
