Core Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound leads
- Booking as many appts as possible
- Live by and promote the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)
Requirements
- One (1) year or more of inbound/outbound sales or upselling experience preferred within a B2B or B2C environment
- Leadership and cognitive skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving experience
- Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial qualification and lead development through acquisition and customer onboarding
- Experience in setting goals and closing sales
- Work from home set up
