Requirements


  • Support the Executive Director with any and all needs
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, welcome folders, and reports
  • Schedule Client intake appointments, and assist with scheduling Client and Caregiver shifts
  • Cheerfully welcome and greet customers by phone and in person
  • Field phone calls for the team, taking detailed messages and responding when appropriate
  • Manage all paperwork, including filing, scanning, and copying
  • Ensuring the completion of files
  • Create and update Client and Staff records
  • Maintain a neat and orderly working environment
  • General office management and supply ordering
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional:

  • Good interpersonal skills, friendly, and diplomatic
  • A great leader with a positive attitude and a caring heart for senior care
  • Able to coordinate and communicate professionally with individuals at all levels within the company and out in the community
  • Experience or familiarity with office equipment and software
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and high levels of efficiency
  • Successfully complete and pass a criminal history check
  • Preferred one year of office, administrative, or secretarial work
