Job Summary:
The Business Intelligence Sr. Manager will work to drive strategy, operational excellence, and governance. They will work closely with all key partners within the Supply Chain Operations Functions to develop industry best practices and continuous improvement projects. This role will be the key liaison between the functional teams and IT to act as a support and control center. They are responsible for developing and maintaining performance metrics and turning data into actionable insights that drive business value. They will partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver and support business process automation, systems implementations, and integrations.
Primary Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- Determine/ implement best practice and Industry standard practice
- Initiate standardization and harmonization across departments of data set analytics
- Evaluate and optimize existing workflows
- Change Management and transformation initiatives
- Lead projects to implement IT solutions and business process enhancements
- Serve as a governance for data management
- Propose and Drive Process improvement initiatives
- Quality Assurance of data in tools and reports ran and created
- Drive reporting needs via development, creation, and maintenance on an ongoing basis
- Validating Costs base on Analytics
- Primary point of contact for the SC, finance, and sales teams strategic business process and integration projects
- Provide ongoing support for systems enhancements and issues resolution
- Review current business usage, define existing processes and workflows and recommend NetSuite Bundles and Modules to improve processes
- Build, maintain, and support EDI and API integrations from NetSuite to Retail and 3PLs partners using Celigo and SPS Commerce
- Collaborate with internal teams and external NetSuite consulting partners on larger strategic projects, ensuring adherence to Pacifica Beauty and NetSuite best practices
- Document and ideate solution designs based on finance, supply chain and cross functional business requirements
- Manage basic NetSuite ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.)
- Create and customize NetSuite reports, saved searches, and dashboards
- Facilitate training and User Acceptance testing when required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter

- Advance Excel Skills
- Experience with core NetSuite process flows and modules, NetSuite customization and integration, EDI experience, and strong project management skills
- 5+ years NetSuite consulting or NetSuite administration experience
- 3+ years experience working with EDI integrations
- Strong functional knowledge of core supply chain and finance processes as they relate to NetSuite ERP workflows.
- Proficiency in mapping and documenting business processes
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite Proactive project management and communication skills working in large ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
- SPS Commerce experience
- NetSuite SuiteScript or Javascript experience a plus
- Shopify experience a plus
