As an Office Administrator at JDK Management Company, you will have an important role in coordinating office activities and operations while providing clerical support to senior management.


Responsibilities
  • Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
  • Oversees the JDK lobby by welcoming guests, coordinating guest needs, and maintaining security protocols.
  • Prepares agendas and conference rooms, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, mail, packages/deliveries, etc.).
  • Maintains office supply inventory.
  • Assists the CFO with administrative tasks including clerical support of the accounting department.
  • Assists the accounting department with bookkeeping tasks and procedures.
  • Maintain general office files.
  • All other appropriate duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient technical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office 365), effective communication skills, and strong organization skills are required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information, communicate with all levels of management, adhere to strict deadlines, attention to detail/accuracy is required.


Position Type

  • This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • Regular hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
  • Travel is not typically expected but may arise as job duties demand.
