Senior Full Stack CMS / Software Developer

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled developer experienced with working with a variety of content management systems to join our growing team in Madison, WI or Chicago, IL. This person will be responsible for supporting the development of software tools used to facilitate and enable the delivery of energy efficiency programs. This position will work on a wide range of software tools to fundamentally change how utilities deliver energy efficiency programs to their customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead in designing / developing new features and functionality within several types forms of content management systems
• Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing the technical aspects of the CMS
• Work with a variety of APIs both within and external to our organization using REST and XML based technologies
• Ability to manage content management infrastructure, backups and system updates
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Hands-on software development experience in designing and developing high performance and reliable technology with Wordpress, Drupal amp; similar content management systems.
• 3+ years of experience working with PHP and best practices.
• 2+ years of working with front end frameworks such as Vue, React or similar experience.
• Experience with ADA compliance and accessibility
• Experience working with SEO amp; google analytics.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of website architecture and design

Preferred

• Familiarity with Magento
• Familiarity with Python
